Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled. If you do cancel within 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Please note: shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if the cream itself is defective, contaminated, or the jar is broken. Damaged packaging (such as a dented box) with the product in good condition is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@fayvera.com with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review and determine if you’re eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. Please note: we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for products damaged through normal wear, improper storage, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We work hard to ship your order quickly, but once it leaves our warehouse, delivery is in the hands of the courier. Fayvera cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside of our control, including courier delays, customs, or other transit issues. For lost, stolen, or delayed packages, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It’s your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If the address provided is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
