Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Any cancellations or order changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

Every device is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect working condition. An item is considered damaged if the device is defective, malfunctioning, or visibly broken. Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect device function is not considered eligible for replacement.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@fayvera.com with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and determine if you qualify for a replacement at no cost.
Please note: we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for devices damaged through normal wear, improper handling, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We work hard to ensure your order ships quickly and safely. However, once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery is in the hands of the courier. Fayvera cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by couriers, customs inspections, or other transit related issues. For lost, stolen, or delayed packages, please contact the courier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout. If the address provided is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
